Wrigley Field Will Host MLB All-Star Game in 2027!
It’s official after 37 years, Wrigley Field is set to host the MLB All-Star Game in 2027. The Cubs and the city of Chicago are reportedly planning a major announcement at Wrigley right after the trade deadline, according to BLEACHER NATION.
Fans have watched the ballpark’s upgrades, like new security and improved infrastructure and this All-Star bid tops it all.
It’s an overdue celebration for the oldest stadium in baseball’s top tier.
The last All-Star Game at Wrigley was in 1990, and with 30 teams now, Chicago’s return marks a big homecoming.
Let’s just hope the 2026 lockout doesn’t put a damper on the festivities.
