Last week was one I'll never forget.
We lost a legend, an icon... we lost one of the biggest voices in rock music. We lost Ozzy Osbourne. Something I somehow felt Ozzy would evade for years.
It sad but also triumphant coming on the heels of the huge Back To The Beginning concert in Birmingham on July 5th. A charity concert that raided more money than any other concert in history. The one day show raised over $200 Million dollars helping 3 charities: Birmingham Children's Hospital, Children's Hospice, and Cure Parkinson's.
so it's only fitting that there would be a petition to make July 22nd, the day Ozzy died, Ozzy Osbourne Day!
Organizers have already collected nearly 7000 signatures and the word is just now starting to get out. It will grow.
Here's the link at Change.org if you want to jump on board.
Thank you Ozzy of a lifetime of music that I will never turn down! The Prince of Darkness will forever live in our hearts and in his music!
